The name
Monganda is Otjiherero for "in the house." A phrase that captures what a home really is. Not a transaction. Not a square-metre figure. A place to live, to belong, to come back to.
Why we built it
Namibia's property market is underserved. Buyers struggle to find listings outside Windhoek. Coastal and industrial markets get nowhere near the attention they deserve. Foreign buyers get lost in process. Agents juggle Excel.
Monganda is the platform we wished existed when we started looking — for buyers and for agents.
Built locally
We're based in Namibia, run by Namibians, and built specifically for the Namibian market — not a South African copy with the flag changed. From transfer-duty calculators that reflect NamRA rates, to suburb insights for Klein Windhoek and Vineta, Monganda speaks our market.
